Ordering & quotes
How do I get a quote?
The quickest way is the online quote form: tell us what you're printing, the size and quantity, and attach your artwork if you have it. You can also call (416) 613-8639, message us on WhatsApp, or visit the shop at 60 Venture Dr, Unit 21 in Toronto.
How much does printing cost?
Price depends on the product, size, quantity, material and finishing. As a guide: business cards (1,000) from $80; roll-up banners from $175; brochures from $285; realtor sign packages from $150. Send us your specs for an exact quote.
Is there a minimum order?
It depends on the product. Many items can be printed in small quantities, while some promotional products have minimums. Put the quantity you need in your quote request and we'll confirm.
How do I pay?
Payment options are confirmed with your quote. If you have a preference or need an invoice for your company, mention it in the notes.
Artwork & files
What file format should I send?
A print-ready PDF is best. We also accept AI, EPS and PSD files, and high-resolution PNG or JPG images. Outline or embed your fonts, and include any linked images.
What resolution does my artwork need?
For small items like business cards and flyers, use 300 DPI at the final printed size. Large format pieces viewed from a distance, such as banners and signs, generally look sharp at 100–150 DPI at full size. Vector artwork scales to any size.
What is bleed, and do I need it?
Bleed is extra artwork that extends past the trim line, usually 0.125 inch on every side, so there's no white edge after cutting. If your design has colour or images that touch the edge, it needs bleed.
Can you help fix my artwork?
Yes. We can convert RGB files to CMYK, add bleed, rebuild low-resolution logos and resize layouts. Choose "Needs adjustments" in the quote form and tell us what needs changing.
Do you offer design services?
Yes. Design is done in-house, from logos and business cards to signs, menus and full wedding suites. Choose "Need design help" or "I don't have artwork yet" in the quote form.
Can I see a proof before printing?
Ask for a proof when you request your quote, and say whether you'd like a digital or printed proof. We'll confirm the proofing options for your job before anything goes into production.
Materials & sizes
What materials should I use outdoors?
Banner vinyl, coroplast, PVC board and laminated adhesive vinyl all handle outdoor conditions. Paper and foam board are for indoor use. Tell us where the piece will live and for how long, and we'll recommend a material.
Can you print custom sizes?
Large format prints, signs and many other products are produced to the size you need. Enter your exact width and height in the quote form.
Can you match my brand colours?
Send Pantone, CMYK or HEX references, or a printed piece you're happy with. Colours can vary slightly between materials, so we'll aim for the closest match on the stock you choose.
Turnaround & delivery
How quickly can you complete my printing?
Turnaround depends on the product, quantity and finishing. Add your deadline to the quote form and we'll tell you what's realistic before you commit.
Do you handle rush orders?
Ask about rush printing when you request your quote or call the shop. We'll let you know what we can turn around in your timeframe.
Do you deliver?
Pickup is available at our Toronto shop. If you need delivery, choose it in the quote form with your location and we'll confirm the options.
Do you offer installation?
Installation depends on the project and location. Mention it in your quote request and we'll let you know what's possible.
What are your hours?
Monday – Friday: 11 a.m. – 6 p.m.; Saturday: By appointment; Sunday: Closed.
